I rented a TV from Aarons in Febuary and unfortanly after making only 2 payments the LCD got cracked (long story). I accepted responsiblity for the accident and have been talking to Aarons on how we are going to resolve this issue. According to the contract they are to sell the TV at “Fair Market Value””. Well to make the story short they have discussed the account and even provided a copy of the contract to another person with out my consent or notification. nI know that I am responsible for the tv but I feel that they have violated my rights as a consumer by discussing the amount with someone other than myself. IS there anything I can do? Is there any kind of law against this? I am willing to pay for the broken tv but I wish they would have never discussed this with the other person (who is my ex being nosey). nAny help? nThank you nBriannTroy
