Complaint: My spouse has received calls back in September of 2010. They stopped for awhile but now every day since the first of April 2011 the calls persist. The caller has a very deep accent and can not pronounce the words very well. Returned the call but could not understand what the point was it seems they want to send the a lawsuit to the county in New York State but will not if we work with them. Per C. Jone and M. Smith?
