My husband ordered flowers on-line @Aflorist.net. Lovin blooms(macon Ga) sent the order to a local florist who then filled and delivered the arrangment, less than 2 days after receiving the flowers they were wilted and dieing. I contacted the local florist who offered to replace them. I wanted a refund. SHe gave me the number to Lovin blooms , whom they rec’d the order from.( it states on their webite that satisfaction is guaranteed or you can have a replacement OR refund…) nI then sent an e-mail and someone from aflorist.net called me stating there is no refunds and they were following FTD regulations by replacing them. Since the order was processed by aflorist.net, the statement of refund on lovin blooms site was not in effect. nornRaymond, Maine
