Complaint: I purchased this product to retrieve some delted SMS messages that were dear to me. I paid full price for the software (later found out it was on sale after my purchase). Long story short, the product wasn’t able to retreive my delete SMS messages from my phone and the product did not meet my needs. Tried to contact them via online support and they sent me a updated vesion which still did not work. Contacted them again to see about a refund and they they could not do that but gave me the option of getting another product from there line of products. I looked and didnt see anything I needed as all I wanted was to retrieve my deletede SMS messages. I bought the product through MyCommerce using my paypal Acct. I again asked for a refeund through MyCommerce and Aiseesoft, MyCoomerce was on board to help me but Aiseesoft again refused a refund and said there refund policy doesn’t apply to the product I purchased. I started a case file with paypal, and again asked for a refund through Mycommerce & Aiseesoft. They replied with instructions on how to use the program, which I already tried from the very start. I’m now on my 4rth request for a refund and it seems that Aiseesoft keeps replying with the same type of replies, I feel like theyre hoping I’ll give it up but….. The product they advertise is misleading in what it can and cannot actually do. This is the refund policy direct from there website Refund requirement caused by product problem: 1. If there are serious bugs in our product, which affect customer’s normal use, we will perform refund after the confirmation of this problem by our support team. 2. If customer purchases a wrong product or the purchased product can’t meet some of customer’s needs due to the wrong or blurry product description on our website, we will exchange wrong purchase with the one that can meet your need first. If customer insists on refund, we will perform refund. Refund Note: As our product is virtual software, once we sent we can’t get back the registration code. And we also do not know whether customer use registration code or not. So if customer insists on refund, we will deduct 20% of the purchased price as fee. Thank you for your understanding. I can understand that it’s a virtual software product, therefore a %20 fee would be acceptable with me and I told them that through my email to them but…. still running me around in circles.
