I placed an order on May 15th, 2007 with americanbridal.com. I was told via phone that I would have my order in 10 business days. I called when it i did not arrive. I spoke to customer service and was told my order has not left yet but it would leave from them soon. I asked them why, and they said ‘someone’ has left me a message in regards to a question on the order?? Funny, I had no message, and when I asked them what the question was, she did not know. T nhe following Thursday- NO DELIVERY. I called again- I was put on hold for 45 minutes- and was told it would be here yesterday- and no shipment. INSTEAD- I received an email saying they are charging me an ADDITIONAL $35 dollars (on top of the $12 dollars they have already charged me) for a five pound shipment. $44 dollars for ground shipping on a ONE pound shipment. I replied to their email saying I am NOT authorizing them to put and additional $35 on my credit card. No response. So, I called- and got out on hold for 30 minutes.The owner finally came on the line and SCREAMED at me, reread the email she had already sent stating THEY ARE putting an additional $35 on my credit card, then hung up on me. nI called back to ask what the charge was for exactly. Again the owner of Americanbridal.com screamed at me and hung up.. I called back three times, and the owner of americanbridal.com hung up every time. I have never had such bad service, EVER. DONT USE AMERICAN BRIDAL, if they treat me this way I’ll bet your might get the same lip service. Americanbridal was very unprofessional. nAmandanMiami, FloridaU.S.A.
