Complaint: I paid A&P Intertrust $2,500 to create a business I cannot use. Part of the package I bought from them was setting up the bank account for me as well. Once the business was setup they said it would be 2-3 weeks to setup the bank account. I waited 6 months, yes 6 MONTHS and I still didn’t have a bank account. They kept asking the same questions over and over and I kept answering the same questions. After a few months of this I’m finally realizing that this is a SCAM. What they do is get you to pay them up front to create a business and bank account but the bank account never gets opened so you can’t use the business.
