I ws given an MP3 player (manufactured by archos) for my birthday in June. After downloading music to it, the screen imaged were defective. I was told to send it back in for repairs. When it was returned to me it seemed to be working fine. After a couple of days the computer started screwing up. I was unable to cut the player on. Occassionally it would come on and then i was unable to turn it off. I made a call and I was told to return it again for repairs. I sent it back again. nAfter 1 day of having it back, the computer is once again screwing up. After a full charge the computer shuts itself off by itself. I made a call again and I have been told that I need to ship it back. I believe there is some sort of lemon law that is valid here. I sent in an email and told them that I wanted a full refund.
