Barnard Medical Center

Although you may only want to see an RD, they force you to go through the doctors first… Adding another $200-$355 to your bill when you already know you only want the referral to the RD and already have a primary care doctor. This was not clear on the website. That said, I made both appointments and was not really impressed with the consultations I received.

Essentially my medical history was not taken into account during the session and specific concerns. It seems that both the NP and RD I saw only knew what was in the brochure that they share during the appoint, and largely read through that. I did not get any new information/support that I could not have gotten from a Google search.
