Complaint: I ordered a rice cooker from them and they first shipped the product to someone in Pennsylvania, I live in Florida. After I contacted them and asked them about it they said they noted the issue and said that they had already issued a refund. I looked at my amazon account, and no refund had been issued. I called amazon customer service and they also confirmed that they didnu2019t issue any refunds. I spoke to the company again and told them that I was requesting a refund, as I went ahead and ordered the product directly from amazon instead of a third party, and they claimed that I would be receiving the product that day. I never received the product and they are still refusing to refund me for the product that they never sent me. I actually had to call amazon back and open a case with their scam team which takes weeks to resolve.
