We purchased a washer and a dryer from Bernies about 2 yrs ago. When we purchased them, we paid for set up and delivery. nThe delivery/set up man pulled the dryer venting pipe from the wall and replaced it with a “safer”” one that we had purchased through Bernie’s. Unknown to us

the set up man shoved the hose directly in to the wall and did not properly vent it to the outside. He also reversed the hot and cold hoses when he set up the washer

which we noticed within a few days. nUnfortunately for us

the major mixup was not noticed

we had no reason to believe that the vent hose was installed incorrectly. However
