On November 9,2004 I went into Best Buy to purchase a digital camera. The employee that helped me told me about the reward zone program. I thought it sounded like a great deal. nDue to an employees error, my account was never set up correctly. I contacted best buy several times to get things straightened out. It was finally corrected as of March 8,2005. It took them 4 months to fix that part. nAs of this date, I am owed $120.00 in best buy gift certificates and still have not received them. Supposedly they were sent by email on March 27th, but I have not received them. nBest Buys rebates are another joke. I sent in all the forms for a rebate on a TV that was bought the day after Thanksgiving. According to Best Buy the rebate was issued on Feb 9,2005. I never got that either. nWhen I spoke with customer service, they offered to re-issue a new check that I should have received by March 31st. Yea, that one never got here either. When I called about the rebate, I was informed that they could not issue me a check because one had already been cashed. nBut they could not tell me where the check was cashed or when. Since the check was cashed illegally, I would like to know what bank it was cashed at and by whom. I am so fed up with this company’s “customer service.”” They have lost another regular customer. nNancynOxford
