I placed an order online for a dvd drive I saw on their website I had choosen to pick it up at store option. Before that I went to the Westminster store to see if the item was there (it was there and there were 5 of them in stock) and buy it at $39.99 what the website had. But the price at the store was $59.99 not $39.99.I went to the clerk to verify the price and sure enough it was $59.99. He told me to place the order online and do a pick-up. So I went home to place the order, I waited and hour or so and got an email stating “Item Not Found. nI was shocked so I call your Costumer care # and talked to a rep on this and she told me that there was none at the Westminster store but 3 were at the Costa Mesa store and would I like to try that. I said yes . nWhile I was waiting for the email from the Costa Mesa store on the conformation I called Westminster and The Costa Mesa Store and talk to both clerks there and they told me they had 4-5 of those drives there. I told the Westminster clerk what I was going through and he told me to call back to the Customer care # and complain. I did and told this 2nd rep what was going on. He said everything is fine with the Costa Mesa pickup location but I still have to wait for the conformation email on it. I told him fine I will wait. nWell I got the conformation email from Costa Mesa and it said “”Item Not Found. Now I am livid as heck called your costumer Care # again for the 3rd time and talked to another rep and told her everything that was going on. She even called both stores Westminster and Costa Mesa on availability and found out that both stores had plenty of the drives avalable. She tried to help but told me this is with another dept. that these emails are coming from and that I would have to wait 2 to 3 days from upper management to speak to and find out what is going on. I gave up so I canceled the order and I am waiting to speak to an Upper management personal and give him a word or two on this matter and it ain’t sweet. nCase # 13152650 is the case number for this issue. But for now on I will not shop at your stores and I will make sure my friends and colleagues will know about this and go to other stores other then Best Buy for their Computer and entertainment needs….
