Complaint: I ordered a used IPhone 7 from Best Buy.com which was advertised as under warranty and was unlocked for all providers. Upon delivery, I took it to my provider who verified that the phone was actually locked for all providers except T-Mobile and the warranty had long expired. Best Buy customer care has refused to refund nor credit me for an exchange despite acknowledging the error and issue. Best Buy is engaging in deceptive trade practices and consumer fraud.
