I thought that it would be nice to go online and set up my christmas list with BEST BUY and go to the store to pick it up. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! The website charged my account the full amount of the order, then when I got to the store to pick it up, all they had was a CD and a DVD. The lady rung me up for both, not telling me that the CD was crushed and it was the last one they had. So, she had to refund that to my account. They also charged me for an XBO360 game they didnt even have in stock with no reciept!!! A total of $160 was charged to my account causing checks to bounce off the wall because of all of their false charges, and all I got was a DVD AND I had a $10 Gift certificate for that!!! nWell, to top it off, the 888 BEST BUY number they give you is way unprofessional and they will not refund your money, send your bank a request to release form, anything to help on this issue. The customer rep. that I got was highly unprofessiional, put me on hold several times told me there were no supervisors or managers that were available. DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT???? UM, NO!!! Her name was Nancy, she refused to give me her last name, but her employee number is #2276, so she said. I have tried to contact higher management corperate offices, I can not get up with anyone to help resolve this problem, they are a RIP OFF and a FRAUD!!!!
