I made a reseversation at the best weswtern hotel for may 2, 2009. On Friday May 1,2009 at 4:30 pm I called the best western hotel to cancel the reservation and the clerk at the hotel told me that she would send me a cancelation email and I wouldn’t be charged for the room. I went to check my rushcard bank account and noticed that there was a charge from best western hotel for $ 129.95 so I called in to the bank ( rush card) to file a dispute and they told me that the dispute process will take 90 days to resolve the issue. nRushcard was told about the incident and did nothing about it and denied my claim for 129.95. Both rush card and the best western was told about the situtation that had araised and why I had to cancel my reservation. I had a death in my family in the state of florida and called the best western hotel and cancelled the the resvation. nThe best westren hotel lied to rush card and told them that I never called to cancel the reservation. I even offered to provide rush card with nortized statements from wittness that was present when I called to cancel the resevation. So now I am out of 129.95. Rushcard customer service sucks and need to be closed down. they do not do whats in the best interests of there customer. I now have closed my account with rushcard and now bank with a very good 5 star bank. nCharlesnmiddletown, New YorkU.S.A.
