I ordered a phone from these guys online, I changed my mind almost immediately (better phone came up in my amazon gold box). No more than 20 mins after I placed my order I tried to cancel it but there was no cancel link on their website so I called. nThe guy on the phone when I called to cancel seemed helpful enough as he told me he was cancelling the order for me. The next day I got an e-mail confirming my order shipment. nI called back and talked to someone who was totally useless telling me they dont ever cancel orders and I could either drive 50 miles to my nearest best buy store to return the item or ship it back to them, at my cost, for a refund. He would not transfer me to a supervisor because he had no supervisor (haha). I asked him why he bothered to come to work each day if he had no supervisor to check on him and it turns out he just really likes his job. nWhen UPS came with my package I refused shipment and about a week later I got an e-mail confirming my item return and telling me I would get a refund of the price of the phone but not my shipping fees. nThey failed to cancel and item and shipped it unwanted to me 24 hours later but I pay the price for them shipping this mistake. nWorst web retailer I have ever dealt with and I will never do any business with bestbuy or bestbuy.com ever again. nMikenFrankfort, KentuckyU.S.A.
