On 4-28-07, I rented “The Queen”” from this Colorado Springs Blockbuster video store in the Rockrimmon area of the city. While viewing the movie that evening
it skipped and paused intermittently. After restarting and going back we were able to watch most but not all of the movie. Upon returning to the store on 4-30-07 to seek a credit I was told I could get the same movie but no credit towards another. As we watched most of the movie but not all of it I was not interested in viewing it again. Apparently it makes business sense to blockbuster by not pleasing a frequent and loyal customer. Needless to say
