My wife rented a Disney movie for our 9 year olds slumber/birthday party for the weekend then returned it the following Tuesday. She dropped it in their after hours drop box as we have done many times before. About 15 day’s later, we notice a charge of $22.19 on our credit card from Block Buster Video. When I inquired about the charges with Block Buster, the manager rudely stated, “That is for the movie (title) you never brought back””. I told him
“”Excuse me but you don’t need to take that tone with me AND
yes
my wife returned the video on the following Tuesday it was rented”” He continued to insist that they did not have it. I asked him if they could just please look for it in their store and system
it may have not been scanned in or something. Again
