In 2012 I contracted for the sale of my timeshare, a process usually acomplished in 6-12 months time. At every turn, BlueGreen has blocked the progress by rejecting the deeding, thus incurring another year’s maintenence fee. There is NO WAY to have a dialogue with the title company, they are noncomunicative. So far, I will have paid out over $2000 in fees for a non-useable unit,the ha ve blocked the documentation which would complete the sale. When I requested a hardship voluntary surrender, which I understand IS available, I was rudely denied even a sympathetic ear.
