I placed an order and then very shortly cancelled it. They refused to cease filling the order. So I had to wait until they shipped it. At this point I have paid $30.19. $6.22 of that was shipping costs. They refused to provide a return label, they refused to offer store credit or a discount of any kind. | After I received the package, I returned it at an additional cost of about $10 via fed ex. I notified customer service and still all I can offer were scripted sympathies. I even asked for the contact info of a higher up, and they ignored that too. I appealed to them that they try a little harder to rectify the situation and they were not willing to even try. | When the package arrived per FedEx tracking info on 8/8 I notified the company. Today I checked and had still not received a refund. They never bothered to follow up on it even though I cooperated in expediting the process. I only now was processed the refund on 8/24/2016 for $23.97 for the product alone. I am now at a loss of $16.22 for doing business with Bodybuilding.com. | I do most of my shopping online and this is the first time I have ever lost money. I would have been willing to eat the shipping costs if they were more flexible but they had no problem sticking it to me. They got their product back and will resell it. I will still be out $16.22.
