After booking a room through for my Graduation Trip in early May 2008, my friend offered his home to me. So, 3 weeks before my departure date I cancelled via the website. The cancellation policy was a $25 cancellation fee, which was fine. The website showed my cancellation on the profile, so I assumed all was in order. nI returned to find that my credit card had been charged for the total of the trip! $265! I immediately called and disputed the charge with my credit card.
