I normally don’t write reviews but in this case I’m gonna. I booked two rooms for October 27th – November 1st. I called and cancelled my reservations on October 20th and was told that a refuind could only be done after travel becau8se they book their rooms thru a wholesaler. It is now November 6th and I just received my refund today. How does it take that long to refund someone’s credit card when it only took 1 day to charge the card. I know this may seem petty but I’m not rich and I needed taht money for this past weekend. I’m glad I finally got my money back back but it would have been nice to have it last Friday as opposed to Monday.
