Thumbs WAY down abused & mistreated the business that doesnt give a dam false promises None of it (5 yr warranty) is worth a dime if the company and product turns out garbage. Phoenix Arizona!!
Have been trying to get a good carburetor from this business since Nov. 2002. First carb had a pronounced dead spot on acceleration, and at the companies request I sent it back in the core return box for adjustment. Came back too rich. Missed my window for returning the core, but was told if I sent it in I would get half of the $75.00 they charged. Never got it. The second carb was diagnosed by a local ASE certified mechanic as defective, after $100.00 of troubleshooting. The third and fourth have both arrived with missing/improper components. Appearance wise, they’ve all seemed kind of beat up. The staff here is horrible, with NO concept of customer service what-so-ever. The manager talks to you like you’re a kid. They are rude and arrogant. The Better Business Bureau gives these guys an unsatisfactory rating. Check it out. Funny thing is, they’re a sponsored link! Buyer Beware! I just want my money back, but they have a lame “no-refund” policy and won’t deliver. When I ordered the carb, the homepage of the website said “customer satisfaction guaranteed” and each carb comes with a five-year warranty. None of it is worth a dime if the company and product turns out garbage. Save yourself a LOT of trouble. Buy your carb locally. Internet buying of auto parts has been, for me, an absolute nightmare.
