Ordered product, never showed up, no response
My Complaint: I originally tried to buy my “travel hammock” via LivingSocial. I paid for my shipping. Company failed to deliver. They then said there was an issue with LivingSocial but that I could order from them directly for the same amount. They said they had a special phone number and email address set up just for LivingSocial customers. Go figure, no response the THREE times I each I tried via each channel. Now they are sending some blind email to me telling me that I owe them money. For what exactly? I don’t want the hammock. I’ll just take my shipping charged back.
This company has NO CUSTOMER service. I sit on hold, then am always forced to leave a message that no one returns. Awful.
My Demand: I want my shipping costs back
