Complaint: Complaint Type:Refund / Exchange Issues Description of Complaint:We purchased a Falcon Handheld, with software and network support. Cervion, did not mention to us that our building could not support that device. Meaning our building was too big and it would pick up the network. After paying for the device, 5000.00 dollars. We spent more money and brought it Cervion and an outside company to fix our network so that everything would reach to the desire, 6000 square feet. ( not that big). We tried the machine several times, it always timed out!!! Froze for over 20 minutes at a time. I don’t know about you but a product you pay 5,000 dollars. You expect to make your day easy and than essentially never operates properly! After that the machine still didn’t work so after numerous calls, Cervion refused to give us our money back after trying to return it right away, saying the software was personal. All we are asking for is our money back, or at least some of our money! Desired Settlement:Refund Desired Outcome Description:All we want is some money back! We will gladly send the machine anywhere to get money back!
