On 9/6/06 A dress was fit in the store and purchased for 31.99 +tax. A sign exists at the register stating no refunds but exchanges will be granted within n14 days.Today we attempted 9-13-06 to exchange the garment (in original condition) – unused for another item. We were refused the exchange with the supposednowner (reported to be Joon Kong) stating the item has been worn (said he could smell perfume probably from when it was tried on – I could not smell anythingn)and would not be exchanged. The only exchange stipulation I understood was that it happen within 14 days by the signs. He prints in ink on the back of the nreceipt (the receipt is received after the transaction) -I quote- “No refunds exchanges within 14 days with recipt. no exchanges on any washed or worn item naccessory

shoes underwear and special occasion dress and sets are final.”” nHow can he expect this rule to stick since it is not made until after the financial transaction is made

this unethical business misrepresents it’s policies and because of this I am stuck short a total of 34.64 (tax included and with a product I do not want. This business operates in a very ethnically diverse area and prays on individuals who may not have the knowledge of law or nthe english vocabulary to defend themselves – feel if it were not for this you would have many more complaints about Choice Fashions and Mr. Joon Kong. nDarrylnRiverview
