Christian Garcia (chrstiangarcia on Instagram) runs a fake PR agency called DolceK Talent Group. Scam Artist and Fraudster – Avoid him & His companies (he also used to run a company called Golden Voice PR which he also scammed people). He scammed clients for over $500,000 in total. He operates off of his verified Instagram which he has photos with celebrities. He pays these celebrities with money he gets off scamming people and then uses that “credibility” to scam more people.
