On September 04,2003, I placed an order for several items of clothing with ClassicCloseouts and waited patiently for the order to be shipped. On October 10, 2003 I recieved a confirmation notice that my order #122331, had indeed, been shipped, and gave me a tracking number at the bottom of the confirmation notice. n I waited until October 29 2003,inquired with UPS with tracking # provided by this company. UPS said that the # was not a valid one on their system. I then checked with FedEx and got the same results, not valid there either. nI then tried to contact ClassicCloseouts to find out who they used to ship the order. They would not respond. I have tried to contact them at least 6-7 times over this 2/mo.and 16 days to no avail. n Is this company deliberately ripping people off and getting away with it? Is there any recourse that I might be able to take to either get my order or my money refunded so I can buy from someone who isn’t out to RIPPPPPP YOU OFF!! nRoynRed Bay,, AlabamaU.S.A.
