I ordered 2 costumes from costumedisguises.com on oct.2 2005 to arrive on the 17th.I received a thank you for your purchase on the 3rd.I thought everything was fine until the 17th when nothing came.I had a email on this day from costumehut.com saying my purchase had been approved,if I needed to contact them do so by email.That did not sound right to me but I had to try. nI sent an email on the 18th and the 19th that I had not got my order.I got a response on the 20th apologizing on the delay and my order had been shipped and should arrive soon from susie.Then on the 24th I got a response that my order was in the process of being shipped from megan. nToday I thought I should find the phone number to this place and when I called,it was a voicemail and you can’t leave a message because it is full.I now have to cancel pictures and hurry to have new costumes here in time.My children do not get to be what they wanted and I have to pay twice as much to get it here in time.To top things off I found out my sister ordered from the same place and the same thing has happened to her. nShellynsolon, IowaU.S.A.
