Crazy Mass Mail Scam

My Complaint: I ordered two products from Crazy Mass, and they sent me an email with a tracking number assigned to my package from the post office. However, their packaging employees used my address but put their own companies zip code on the package, so it never left Michigan, the state their warehouse ships from. I contacted them via email, but no one responded. The phone number is disconnected, so you have no way of trying to reach these people. The post office has no idea where this package is because they deliberately put the wrong zip code on it, so I have ripped off. Crazy Mass has made no effort to fix this. I am calling my bank to report this as fraud and have them retract the funds.
