Vancouver British Columbia Review

A year ago an realtor associate introduced me to the company I am writing about, CCD vacations. We met their representative, Austin Markey, in a coffee shop. They claimed to have many different realtors and mortgage brokers using their services, and the deal was very good and seemed like all of their claims were reasonable. The vouchers he cliamed to sell us were for 2 nights flight and accommodation to Vegas. My realtor associate and I decided to give them a chance. I spent over $1000 for the vouchers to give to my clients. I gave one away last year and heard nothing about the experience to date. The client appears not to have tried to use them. I then gave another one to my employee in late April 2014. He tried to use it right away. He called the phone number, and all they had was a voicemail. He left messages and tried to call a number of times. They were not returning his phone call. Four days later, they finally called him back, and told him to mail the voucher along with a cheque for $30. He did that immediately and they received it and cashed the cheque. However, they did not call him to make any arrangements. My employee then tried to call them to book the trip, and he said he had misplaced the voucher and would find it and call him back. Another 2 weeks went by with no word from CCD whatsoever. I had researched and found the “owners”” phone number

who is Felix Markey

phone number (604) 724-2424. He claimed that they had just found the voucher and he would call my employee immediately after getting off the phone with me. He never did call him. Felix displayed a terrible attitude also. He made it sound like it was my employee’s fault that they don’t return calls and do not provide any service

do not provide the product they contracted with me to offer. Felix has since stopped returning my calls and a week ago after trying him for 2 days and the call going straight to voicemail

I sent him a text warning him that if he did not finalize my employee’s vacation during that day that I would make sure I would let everyone know he is a fraud. He never responded
