So I was buying plane tickets for me and my girlfriend on delta.com and at the last step of my reservation, the website told me that the purchase failed and asked me to try again. When I tried couple times more and checked my bank account on midnight, It showed three pending transactions from delta paypal. I got worried and called delta support, they told me to wait until the pending transfer got canceled and try again.I did after 5 days. I didn’t see the $2469.60 I was charged three times 5days ago. I tried to make a new reservation for a different date. It also had the same error so I got furious. There it was at my bank account, $1889.60 charged as pending transfer. Yesterday I saw two $1234.30 charged from delta and two $944.90 from delta. I did not get ANY information, confirmation, or itineraries from delta to my email since last April. When I called them again, they tell me because it was a nonrefundable ticket, which they charge another 597 per person to change to refundable, they don’t care if it was a website error because the purchase went through and they have the ticket. I didn’t get ONE email about this ticket they have and they tell me that the reservation went through but I can’t give you a refund because its 597 per person cheaper nthan a refundable ticket?Well done Delta, you successfully ruined not only my day, but my 2469 dollars now I worked so hard to earn during summer break.
