Our maintenance fees have doubled in the past couple of years. When we purchased we were assured that maintenance fees would be stable but ever since the economy tanked this company has doubled the maintenance fees with no increase in services. Our fees are at approximately $1000. Seems to me they are keeping them self fat by overcharging maintenance fees and someone needs to file a class action law suit against them. It someone has done so please put the name of the attorney on this post so we can make sure we are involved. This company is scandalous. Additionally, they are not easy to work with and their customer service as well as there sales department misrepresents and withholds information. Recently I asked what the dates were to bank points for next year, I was told 12/31/09. I later found out it was 10/31/09 so I am loosing 15,000 points this year – that is a whole years worth of points. They told me if I acted before 12/31/09 I could buy gift certificates with my points through them at Great American Days. It turns out that would cost me $42 per certificate for $100 service, in other words I can spend more money with them to get 60 % off. Since I have already paid for these points it seems ridiculous that I have to pay for them again. They do not listen to you on the phone and when you do get an answer out of them it is usually incorrect.
