This company is a big SCAM. I booked flights for 12 people in May for our trip in December and 4 weeks prior to our leaving they called and cancelled our flight. I was told 2 conflicting reasons, 1 was that they did not get enough support for this route and the 2nd was they didn’t have clearance at the airport. Sounds like a false advertising lawsuit if you ask me. That isn’t even the best of it, they then proceed to tell me that it will take up to 14 days to get the money back, the money I needed to scramble around and find 12 tickets. I would have just cancelled our trip but we had a non refundable deposit already paid on a vacation home. They literally pulled a rug out from under me and my family and then proceeded to tell me “I understand you are upset
but there is nothing we can do
except refund your money.”” Believe me there is alot they could have tried to do to fix this
for example try helping me find tickets through another airline or pay me back the difference on the tickets I had to purchase that they screwed me out of. How about the president of Direct Air be more concerned about the inconvience to his customers . They are the biggest group of cowards
for making this decision and then putting the responsibility on their customer service team to make these calls
