When I contacted her, she said the items were out-of-stock and offered a refund. However, she never, ever refunded me. I contacted her several times giving her an opportunity to do what is right, but she refused to respond. So I then had to report her to the Better Business Bureau. However, Melanie, did not respond to them either, so that didn’t help me out much. I see now that her report at the BBB is growing negatively rapidly. I don’t know why Melanie would want to ruin her business’ reputation and steal money from her customers, but she does.
