We sold a week vacation at a resort hotel to Dominic Hunter (aka Vacation Now!, aka Kims Fine Fashions & Shoes, Mobile Al). Dominic Hunter used his wife’s, Kim Hunter, credit card to make the payment to us. Dominic (aka Vacation Now! aka Kims Fine Fashions & Shoesk, Mobile Al) resold the vacation to a 3rd party who took the vacation. 3 Months after the 3rd party used the hotel reservations, Kim Hunter (aka Kim’s Fine Fashions & Shoes, Mobile Al, aka Vacation Now!) claimed that husband Dominic Hunter (aka Vacation Now!, aka Kim’s Fine Fashions & Shoes) DID NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATOIN by her to use her credit card for the purchase of the vacation that was resold by Dominic Hunter (aka Vacation Now! aka Kim’s Fine Fashions & Shoes, Mobile Al) and claiming fraud, received a full refund of the hotel package from her bank which then took the money back out of our account.
