I placed and order for a Halloween costume. Was told it was in stock and would ship 24-72 hours. They charged my card, and about 10 days into it I check our US mail, UPS etc, and it wasn’t there problem. Sent several emails and made phone calls to no avail. So sent an email demanding they cancel the order. I also called my credit card co and disputed the charges, so I get my money back regardless.
