Complaint: Signed up to this service and after months of issues of service, requested cancellation since they do not give you the option to cancel yourself. Nathan Latka replied and said he cancelled the subsciption and refunded for May of 2018. The next month they billed me again and after replying to the same support email, it bounced back saying support email no longer existed. They have continued to bill me each month since and even after contacting their processing company Chargebee.com, who just passed it off to Nathan, they are still billing me. I’ve disputed every transaction and there appears to be no end in sight. I would steer clear of eTools.io.
