We booked an sedan to collect us from and return us to JFK and declared that we would have 6 suitcases. On arrival we were given o local number to call which I did from my English mobile phone. I had racked up over u00a32 before realising they could be contacted free from the transportation desk. There was then nothing but chaos as I received 4 separate text messages telling me transportation was on the way, but none arrived. 45 minutes after I had called them, a shuttle bus arrived to collect us, not what I had paid for. Following this debacle, I felt it would be only wise to contact them a couple of days before our collection to make sure this wouldn’t be repeated and what I was greeted with absolutely flattened me. I was told that they did have a record of my booking, but that I had to pay an extra u00a350 as the car they had reserved for me wasn’t big enough. i vehemently questioned why my booking had been accepted and my money taken if they knew all along that they would be charging me extra. It took a long time but they eventually agreed to upgrade us at no extra charge. They also promised that I would receive a part refund for the poor service received on arrival. Surprise, surprise on our day of departure a normal sized car was sent and one of the cases had to be put in the front seat while we 3 adults squeezed into the back. Furthermore my seat belt did not have a buckle so I had to make the journey without being securely seated. We accepted this as we didn’t want to miss our plane, but I complained immediately upon arrival home and guess what, there has not been a response in over 2 weeks. This company is a joke and complete rip-off merchants! Don’t allow yourself to be as stressed as we were during our holiday, when we should have been relaxing. I am looking into how I can sue them but in the meantime I just have 3 words of advice. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
