I ordered two printer cartridges from this company on their website in RESPONSE to an e-mail I received.nthe website was very professionally designed and easy to use. nI paid by credit card with a total of $45.75. nThat total included a 3 day delivery guarantee. nWhen 5 days went by, I tried to contact them by e-mail.nNO RESPONSE. I have sent 8 e-amils, with NO RESPONSE. nThey do not have a regular phone, but they have a msg service where you can leave a msg. I left 5 messages, with NO RESPONSE. nTheir website promises not to charge for the product until SHIPPED.nMy credit card was charged WITHIN ONE HOUR that I paid on their website. nIt really smells of FRAUD, RIP-OFF, and I do believe the FBI should be contacted, as they had the unmitigated gall to send me another e-mail to their website. I saved the e-mail, and the website contact. nI have not done business with them before. nAllannwinnetka, CaliforniaU.S.A.
