I purchased a flight for myself and my daughter in APRIL 2015. I double checked with the agent regarding pricing 3 or 4 times before confirming and we went over the other details several times, i.e. Spelling of names. The agent told me she would email me the confirmation within a few minutes but to call in the morning if I didn’t receive it. I didn’t receive it so I called the next morning and she has misspelled my email address. The other agent kindly forwarded me the confirmation. When I saw the confirmation I immediately was on the phone. They had overcharged me more than $350!!!! While on the phone regarding this issue I realized they also spelled my daughter’s name wrong. I brought this up in the phone call in April. In a subsequent call in May I was told that my date of birth is also incorrect. I have been on the phone more than 30 times with Flighthub agents over the past 5 months and nothing has been resolved. I was assured twice that a cheque had been mailed out but to date I have received nothing. I was assured that there would my be an issue with my daughter’s name or my date of birth but have since followed up with the airlines directly and they assure me there will be an issue and that Flighthub is required to fix it. My trip is now less than 3 months away. I have been saving for this trip for over a year and now may not even get to take it. I have spent hours on the phone with probably every agent that works there and still there is no resolution. I honestly do not recommend this company. It is all around disappointing and frustrating. This company will get to keep my money and I will end up losing my trip.
