I have order bed set using website Bsleep.com. When Kelly called me she didn’t mention that they are not Bsleep, they are Foamexperts. When she needed my business she call me three times in two days. Finally she covalence me to order the mattress set. Almost month later I receiver mattress and two pillows. I didn’t receive full set only mattress and two pillows (which I didn’t order, they gave as bonus). Mattress looks like used and there was no invoice. nNext I called and answering machine had a message was related to Bsleep . I called again later and spoke to Kelly about the product she said she would check and call me back. She never called me back. I called again next day, she picked up the phone and as soon as hear my voice she put me on hold for 45 minutes then I hung up. I keep on trying to call her and left messages, she never reply. nFinally after week later I was able to talked to her on the phone. I asked her to fax me the invoice and how I can return the product. She said I can only return the product after 60 days, request the return authorization number then before 90 days I have to return the product as per 90 days money back guaranty. She said she would fax me the invoice. She never did. I also send email to will about invoice, he never replied to my email. She left message on my phone that I can return the product after 60 days no question ask. nAfter 60 days, Friday Nov. 10th I called 800 810 4370 to request return authorization number. On answering machine they have message that their office had a small fire last week so it will take 7 to 10 days to reopen and will be open next week and leave message. I left message. Last week I called twice and have same message on machine and I left messages again. I send e mail no reply. nNow I am losing my time to return product in 90 days because they don’t responds to phone message or email. If they are able to put message on machine after the fire then they could retrieve the message and reply from their cell phone or home phone to customers if they really want to do business.
