I went to Bsleep.com because 2 of my friends had purcahsed their Memory foam beds through them last year. I filled out the form saying that I was interested in purchasing the bed. I received a call from someone at Foam Experts within a few minutes, which I thought was great customer service. I placed my order on 10/03/2006, I was told that delivery would take 14 to 20 days, Which I had no problems with. nAfter nearly 4 weeks, I still hadn’t received delivery of the bed. I decided to go back to their website to get a contact number for the company. However the website was down when I went to it. I gave tnem the benfit of the doubt and thought that maybe they were having technical difficulties. After a couple of days of not being able to get on their site I did some research and found many complaints about the company that had purchased B-sleep which was Foam Experts. I went to their website to get a contact info, but there is none on the site. I had to contact my bank to get their phone number. nWhen I called, an answering machine said that there had been a small fire at their warehouse and it had delayed their orders. So I left a message with them to contact me to give me a time frame for delivery. I’ve still not gotten a call back from them since I called them 10 days ago and I’ve left multiple messages. I had to call my bank and cancel the order, for me to get my money back. nIf it hadn’t been for my 2 good friends recommending Bsleep.com I would have done my research and found out that it had gone out of bussiness and sold the name of the site. nStay away from this Co. they were quick to take my money, But are just a bunch of rip-off artist. nJuannSilver Spring, MarylandU.S.A.
