I have ordered 4 items from this company that equaled $180 worth of supplies. They forgot to place my unity candles in the box and the invoice didn’t leave any information if it was either back ordered or whatever the case may be. From that point on I knew that was bad because if I never receive it, than according to the invoice it would state I have received it. I called the company immediately and they apologized and stated I will receive the candles in a couple of days. I allowed 2 weeks to pass. I called again, and I was told it would be shipped the next week and I should receive it in about a week. I then allowed nearly 3-4 weeks to pass and I haven’t received it again!!! I then called them during work hours and they took down my information and told me they would call me in a few hours to find out what the problem is…. you guessed it…they never called back! So I finally got real angry and told the woman to call me back in one hour or I will personally fly over and grab my stuff. I haven’t heard a word yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I don’t receive my $50 unity candles…. BAD BUSINESS!! nIngridnDumfries, VirginiaU.S.A.
