NOTE: To have something delivered by this compnay on time- don’t bother ordering 3 weeks early. Our order was placed JANUARY 26th- it is FEBRUARY 14th. After our 3rd phone call- the ‘supervisor’ BERT told me that he refused to call the florist assigned to deliver the flowers and that I would need to wait an additonal 2 hours before hearing anything about my order. nThe order was scheduled to be delivered no later than 3 pm- at 4:30 when there was still no delivery was when I placed my final call, I asked to speak to someone higher- I got the single name of FRANK but was not allowed to have his last name or speak with him. He was the only MANAGER there. nBERT then offered to CANCEL my order- not try and save the customer by going out of his way for 2 minutes, contacting the flower shop and letting me know exaclty what time to expect the flowers to be delivered- but rather quickly offered to cancel the order to rush me off the phone. nMy husband called again to see if he could get anywhere with them and was told the flowers are on the “late truck””… nAfter spending this amount of money and being this early in placing the order- you would think you would get more out of them.
