I ordered a pair of fox leather gloves via the internet. After many weeks of waiting, I decided to send an email to the company asking where my goods were. I sent email after email with nothing but an automated response stating someone would contact me. nAfter a further 15 or more emails and threatening to list them on the internet, l finally got a response stating my gloves were being made but the hold up was that l had short paid the freight which was not my fault but that of furoutlet as they calculated the freight in the first place. nI sent futher emails pleading that someone contact me as to further payment. Again, my emails fell on deaf ears.nI finally made payment via Paypal for the balance. Strangly enough the company came alive by responding and advising me my goods had now been shipped. Once converted to Australian dollars, the pair of gloves have cost me over AUD$250. nThe product finally arrived, a small pair of gloves that would be lucky to fit a childs hand. I specifically order a large size and again sent further emails to furoutlet which have remained unanswered. So here l am, in Australia with no way of getting in contact with this unprofessional company, a pair of gloves l cannot wear and AUD$250 out of pocket. nPLEASE CONSUMERS. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE WRITTING IS ON THE WALL. I cannot tell you how much stress this comapny have caused me.
