Complaint: Here is a computer repair tech, GENE HEAD FROM VANCOUVER WA, PORTLAND OREGON AREA, who agrees to service one of my customers, and arrives to look at a laptop that is blue screening. He had agreed to a price we would pay him, but upon looking at all the work that would be involved in fixing my customers blue screen computer , he decides to tell me and my fellow company techs that the problem is not fixable,…and tells my customer the same lie,..why? ALL SO HE CAN QUICKLY LEAVE AND BILL US THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WITHOUT HAVING PERFOMED THE WORK. This is a case of a when you trust a contractor with your customer, and the contractor doesnt treat your company as well as he would treat his own, and the contractor doesnt give your customer the service that your money is paying him for. To make a long story short, this DISHONEST tech after blurting out that the computer is not fixable ( lie ) proceeds to tell my customer that his best bet is to go some other route, like end the call and buy a new computer! wow! I paid a tech to go onsite and tell my customer a 100% fixable computer is not fixable and to go elsewhere! what do i do ? i get my best techs on it, and they call in and get this lousy tech Gene Head from the Vancouver WA, Portland Oregon area to join our company group chat to walk him through fiixng the laptop with blue screen. Low and behold! MY techs start fixing the problem over the phone when this tech Gene Head who is onsite was just telling my customer the problem was not fixable! My customer starts getting uneasy because at this point starts noticing weve sent him a tech that either doesnt know what hes doing, or doesnt want to work. This tech Gene Head sees that the problem is being fixed, but knows it will take atleast another hour or two to finish,…so what does he do? Get this,….HE BLURTS OUT THAT HE FOUND THE TRUE PROBLEM AND THE TRUE PROBLEM ISNT A BLUE SCREEN BUT A BAD KEYBAORD!! Yea,…he was going to grab my money and run out of there one way or another,…he was sure he was not going to sit there and even with my company techs help, fix my customers computer for the next 2 hours,…so he left ! My customer was left with a non working computer and a bill to pay,..while Gene Head is now fighting to get paid the entire amount of money he would have been paid had he stayed to finish the job! What a weasel!
