Complaint: We first ordered $9000 of Humatrope HGH (30 vials) from GHSales (aka Quality of Life) in January 2009. After several phone calls and emails, we eventually received the product. This is about half the price Wal-Mart Pharmacy had priced it.We ordered the same amount again in September 2009. We received 15 vials with assurance the other 15 would be sent the next week. We never received it. The phone had a recorder on it, but it was always full and could rarely accept a message.Being stupid, and being out of the product which we were supposed to take continually, we ordered 30 vials again December 18, 2009. We received 15 in January after several emails which were answered. We have never received the remaining 15 from either shipment. Wal-Mart had said it would take three to six months for them to get it, and we justified it to ourselves by saying we had paid about what Wal-Mart would have charged.These are the answers I got from later emails:March 15, 2010[I complained that I couldn’t get through on their phone]Hi Garry,Unfortunately that phone crashed as it was a new BB storm and I lost all info in it so I have had it replaced with a new storm 2. I will have your order shipped this week for sure…we are also moving to a bigger office and hiring more staff as it is to much to handle right now as we have exploded and now our merchant providers are wondering why our totals are going so high. Anyways it is a growing pain that was unexpected and I truly apologize. So again you will definitely hve it for Friday! I will call and email you to provide you your tracking number on late afternoon Thursday.I really appreciate your patience!
