CAUTION! I was married 32 years. Goldman Law represented me. I am living at poverty level. 58 year’s old was given 2 year’s maintenance and awarded an IRA that I cannot touch without paying penaltys due to my age. My x husband was awarded the home..all interior including my clothing and all furnishings and all jewelry and personal items. He sold on eBay. 75.000 which was over half of my settlement went to the IRS. I was told this was a good settlement and I needed to get a good job. I am 58 with no degree. I worked full time for 31 of the 32 years raised 2 children and contributed to the household, this was not considered or discussed. 3 lawyers in the short time I worked with this firm. Not 1 including Scott cared to k now me. My maintenance has stopped I make 11.00 an hour. My x was awarded all vehicles 4 in total. I received a leased vehicle which has to be paid off at 14.500 this month. My x husband is 63 and sold the home and purchased a New .5 million dollar home in Conifer Co. He has not followed the agreement and I can’t afford to stop him. His income including pension is over 5000.00 a month. If you want poverty this would be the firm to choose. Take your money and tell you how great they are. Countless people including CPA.s and lawyers have advised me how unfair this firm was. Colorado is a no fault state. The law was sure twisted in my case.
