I purchased some jewelry from goldspeed and I wasn’t satisfied with the quality so I returned it. Later when I reviewd my statement it turned out they billed me three times for my order. nI called them and they didn’t know why it happened. I demanded an immediate credit for all three charges and they said that I would have to wait 5-6 weeks while they investigated what was going on. That was unacceptable, so I called my credit card company and disputed all three charges and I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. nThis was the most horrible experience I have ever had shopping online, and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from goldspeed.com nIt actually turns out that they’re a one man operation who works in his basement. Their web site would lead you to believe that they’re a reputable company. They claim to have annual sales of $8,000,000. I would be surprised if they had annual sales of $8,000.
